02What it does

Every kind of count, on the devices you already have.

One count or many, guided or blind, a single bin or the whole shop. All of it lands in the same stock your orders are built on.

    Guided counts

    Stokk lists what should be in the bin, category or supplier you’re counting. Staff scan and confirm, and differences show as they go.

    Blind counts

    Hide the expected figures when you want an honest count. Scan freely and reconcile at the end.
  3. 03

    Many people, one count

    Everyone counts on their own sheet. Stokk merges them and flags an item that turns up on two sheets.
  4. 04

    Additive counting

    Two in the window and five in the back make seven. Scan both places and Stokk does the sums.

    A weekly cycle, picked by risk

    Set a cycle per location and Stokk opens a small count each morning, choosing bins by value, sales speed, recent movement and negative stock.

    A shelf looks wrong? Scan the item, see what your ERP says right now, and correct it on the spot. Changed your mind? Undo it within a day.

    Posted to your ERP

    When you finish, adjustments post to your ERP and Stokk’s stock follows. Reconcile everything or only what you counted, with a preview first.

    Expected figures are frozen when a count starts, so a long count compares against a fixed snapshot. Tens of thousands of lines are fine.

What people ask about Counting.

Can we count while the shop is open?
Yes. Most counts are a few bins at a time. For a big count, expected figures are frozen when you start, so the comparison doesn’t move under you.
Do we need special scanners?
No. A handheld with a built-in scanner is fastest. Any phone works with a cheap Bluetooth scanner, or by typing the code.
Can blind and guided counts run together?
Blank, guided and bin sheets can mix on one count. Blind is chosen when you start a count, so run a separate blind count if you want one.
What happens to the differences?
You review them before anything posts. Then the adjustments go to your ERP through the same connection Stokk reads from, and Stokk’s stock follows.
