Push to Stores
Push to Stores sends stock out of the warehouse before the stores ask for it: the Halloween range in late September, Christmas in November, a new line the day it lands. You pick the items and the stores, STOKK proposes how many each store gets, you adjust, and one transfer per store goes to the warehouse pick queue.

The page opens on what is about to be in season: items in the warehouse that sold most of their year in the next 12 weeks last year, grouped by category. Plan this push starts a push with them; New push starts an empty one.
The steps
Items: add a category, or search by name, SKU or barcode. Stores: STOKK ticks the stores that sold these items in the same weeks last year. Plan: the split, one row per item, one column per store. Send: check each store's transfer and create them. Drafts save as you go.
How STOKK splits the stock
- Last season, corrected: what each store sold in the same weeks last year. A store that ran out is scaled up for the days its shelf was empty, weighted by how busy those days were. A store that never had an item is not counted as a zero.
- Read against the range: one seasonal item sells a handful per store, too few to trust alone, so each number is weighed against how the store sells the whole selection. Items nobody sold last season follow that pattern.
- This year's trade: a store trading 30% below last year gets about 30% less.
- Equal cover: every store ends with about the same cover for what it should sell, counting what it has and what is on the way.
Your controls
- Selling until: STOKK reads the end of the season off last year. Change the date, or click the chart. To send in waves, set it to the end of the first wave.
- Send: What they'll sell keeps the surplus in the warehouse for top-ups; Everything empties it. STOKK marks the one it suggests.
- Shelf minimum: a store gets at least this many of an item, or none. When stock is short, fewer stores get a proper display instead of every store getting one.
- Keep back: keep what the warehouse sells itself (web shop, wholesale) and an optional reserve.
Click a number to see why STOKK chose it. Type to change it and the rest of the row re-flows; Backspace hands it back to STOKK. Excel downloads the grid.
Sending
Transfers go straight to Store Transfers as To pick, with Pushas their origin. They never count as a store's weekly replenishment. Warehouse stock is checked again as you send; if it no longer covers the plan, nothing is created and you see what changed.
Closed items
Seasonal items are often closed at the stores after the season. The push sends them anyway. Tick Reopen on the Send step if you want weekly replenishment to top the stores up from the warehouse.
After the push
A sent push shows each store's sell-through and what is left in the warehouse. When stores sell through fast, Plan a top-up starts a new push for the same items and stores, split by what each store holds now.
