The Outbound Board is a wall display for the warehouse: put it up on a screen so the team can see, at a glance, what's being shipped out. It shows three columns: Store Transfers, Sales Orders, and Online Orders (Shopify orders being shipped to customers).
Each column has Active (in progress: being picked or ready to ship) and Completed this week. Every row shows the destination store or customer, the reference number, the current status, the pick progress (handled lines out of total lines — a line counts once it's picked or marked not-available), and the date. Statuses are colour-coded by stage — green while waiting to be picked, yellow while being picked, blue once picked, and grey when done — so the same stage looks the same in every column. Online-order rows count as completed once they're shipped. Tap a row to open that transfer or order.
The board auto-refreshes every 20 seconds, and the time of the last update is shown in the corner (it turns amber if it hasn't refreshed in a while). Tap Fullscreen to fill the screen with just the board, no sidebar, which is ideal for a mounted display. Press Esc to exit.
