Connect DK

DK Plus is the first ERP connector Stokk supports. Once it's wired up, Stokk pulls products, locations, suppliers, sales history, and stock on a schedule.

What you need

  • A DK Plus API token with read access to your tenant.
  • Company admin role in Stokk (Integrations is gated behind this).

Steps

  1. In DK Plus, generate an API token. Stokk only needs read scopes.
  2. In Stokk, open Admin → Integrations and paste the token into the DK section. Stokk stores it encrypted at rest.
  3. Open Admin → Sync Status and click Run Full Sync. The first sync can take 10–30 minutes depending on history depth.
  4. After the initial sync, daily syncs run automatically (around 03:00). The Sync Status page shows the latest run for each sync type with a status badge.

What gets synced

  • Products and SKUs (the products table)
  • Locations (warehouses and stores)
  • Suppliers / vendors
  • Daily sales by location and SKU
  • Current stock by location and SKU
  • Open purchase orders
Stock mismatch?

If Stokk's on-hand quantity disagrees with DK, the most common cause is a sync that ran after a recent stock movement was already counted on the Stokk side. See Sync troubleshooting.

Future ERPs

Stokk's connector layer is designed to support NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central next. The integration page will show those as options once their connectors ship.
