Training turns material you already have — product data, supplier fact sheets, your own procedures — into short, swipeable card decks that floor staff read on their phones. The AI only reformats the source material you provide; it never invents product facts or policy content, and nothing reaches staff until you approve it.
The editor is yours: rewrite card text, swap or upload images, reorder, add and delete cards, and edit quiz questions directly. The AI assist box handles heavier lifts (“tighten these”, “split card 2”) — its proposal lands in the editor for you to apply or discard, never straight to staff.
Publishing is the approval gate.Set the assignment (all locations or specific ones), the language, and an optional archive date for what's-new decks, then publish.
Publishing an update creates a new version. Tick material change to require everyone to acknowledge or re-pass the quiz; leave it off for typo-level fixes. Earlier acknowledgements always stay on record against the version they were given on — the paper trail is never overwritten.
Authoring and approval follow the Training module in Roles, like every other section — keep it central or grant it to store-manager roles.
See The floor app & staff for how staff join and how completion is tracked.
