The day-to-day loop

Overnight: Stokk syncs from your ERP, runs a forecast pass, and asks Claude to evaluate every supplier.
Morning: you open the supplier board and see which suppliers to order from today, with the order Stokk prepared for each.
Store managers work through Replenishment: each store sees its own draft order, edits it, and confirms.
Purchasing approves and sends the resulting POs back to the ERP.

Stokk vs AGR

If you're moving from AGR, the concepts (forecast, safety stock, replenishment cycle, lead time) carry over. The two big differences are the supplier board, where Stokk prepares every order for you to review, and that store-level replenishment is a first-class flow rather than a follow-on to vendor ordering.
