Item lookup is a fast way to check an item on the floor: scan its barcode (or type a SKU) and you get its price, barcode, and stock at every location, plus the shelf location where it lives, if one is set.
It's in the menu for both teams, and it's the same tool in both places: store staff open it under Store Operations (Item Lookup), warehouse staff under Warehouse (Item Lookup).
Scan a barcode or type a SKU and press Enter (or tap Look up). On a phone or tablet without a hardware scanner, tap the camera button next to the field and point it at the barcode. The field re-arms after each lookup, so you can scan one item after another. Don't know the code? Tap Search by name and start typing, then pick a result to load it.
At the bottom of the item card, set how many labels you need with the − and + buttons and tap Print label. It goes straight to your label printer, so you don't have to walk over to Price labels for a single item. The label is the same Windsor 50×38 mm one, with the same price (any active discount already applied) and barcode.
The printer is the one you picked in Price labels. Tap Printer to see it or change it, and the choice is remembered for both tools. If nothing is set up yet, tap or open PDF to open the label and print it from your browser instead. The counter resets to one label each time you look up a new item.
Everything is read from Stokk's own synced catalog, so lookups are instant and don't depend on your ERP being reachable. Prices, barcodes, and stock refresh on the regular sync; shelf locations update as soon as someone sets them in Put away, and again on each sync.
