On the Sales reportyou can spend time setting a period and filters to ask a specific question — “profit by supplier last quarter”, “margin at the Akureyri store this year”. A saved report remembers that whole setup so you can come back to it instantly.
Set the period, metric, and any of the dropdowns on the Sales report, then click Save as in the top-right. Give it a name and save. Saved reports are private to you.
Open Saved Reportsin the sidebar under Reports. Each row shows the report's name and when you last saved it. Click the name (or Open) to jump back to the Sales report with everything restored. You can also Rename or Delete your reports here.
Everything that defines a report lives in its web address, so you don't need a sharing feature — just copy the URL from the Sales report and paste it into Teams or email. Whoever opens it lands on the exact same view (as long as they have access to Reports) and can click Save as to keep their own private copy.
To change a saved report, open it, adjust the filters, and click Save asagain using the same name — you'll be asked to confirm overwriting the existing one. Use a new name instead to branch off into a separate report.
