New products lists what's recently been added to your catalogue, newest first, so floor staff can see what just arrived without digging through the full item list.
When a purchase is entered in your ERP but the goods haven't been received, the item is often created at its cost price. That number is not the shelf price, and it usually jumps once the delivery is received. To stop staff quoting it by mistake, Stokk withholds the price on any new item still sitting at or near cost and shows Not priced yet instead. The real price appears on its own once the delivery is received and the price is set.
If you're assigned to one store, the page opens on it. Managers and admins get a store picker. The 30 / 60 / 90 day buttons control how far back “new” reaches. Start at 60 days and widen if you're looking for something older.
A product is created in your ERP first and can be on shelves and selling in stores before it's ever listed online. Stokk pulls the image and the public Shopify link from your Shopify connection overnight, so a product added today may show a placeholder and “Not online yet” for a day or two until it's published; the stock numbers and price are accurate the whole time.
