Review cycles

Some shops order every week but cannot physically check every shelf every week. A review cycle splits your range into parts. Each week a store reviews one part, plus the classes you always want looked at. Four cycles means an item comes round once a month.

This is off unless someone sets it up. If your stores review the whole range every week, nothing on this page applies to you.

What the store sees

A blue strip at the top of Store → Replenishment says which cycle is up, which categories it covers, and how many items that is. The order sheet below shows just those items.

Show all items in that strip opens the sheet up to the whole range. The footer totals and what you submit always match what is on screen, so use it when you know something needs ordering early.

The part that matters: quantities

An item you only look at once a month has to last a month. So Stokk orders it to cover the whole gap until it comes round again, plus lead time, instead of the usual week. An item in a four week rotation is ordered to roughly four times the cover of a weekly one, and its safety stock rises too.

You can see this per item. Click any row to open the breakdown and the demand line says how many days it is covering and how often the item is reviewed. Turn on the Review column to see, for every item, whether it is looked at weekly or which cycle it belongs to.

Setting it up

Go to Review cycles in Settings. You need to be a company admin.

• Order every / split into: ordering weekly split four ways gives each item a four week turn.
• Rotation starts: the date cycle 1 begins. Every store follows the same cycle in the same week.
• Reviewed every cycle: the ABC classes looked at every week whatever else is up. Usually your A items.
• What goes in each cycle: assign categories or suppliers to cycles. Where two rules could apply, the lower priority number wins, so a sub-category on a low number carves itself out of its parent category.
• Items no rule matches: by default these are reviewed every week, so a new category from your ERP is never silently invisible. The page tells you how many are unassigned.

Turning it off

Set the plan to Paused. Every store goes straight back to reviewing the whole range each week and quantities return to the normal weekly window. Nothing else changes and no data is lost.
