Above the lines of a supplier order there is a box that says Tell Stokk AI what to change, or ask why. Type one sentence and press Enter. Stokk AI answers in a few seconds.
A question gets an answer and changes nothing. If Stokk AI is not sure what you mean, it asks.
Stokk AI shows what it would change: the order total before and after, the top-up days, and every line that changes with the quantity before and after. Press Apply changes to use it or Discard to leave the order as it was. Applied changes count as your own edits: Save draft keeps them and Reset to Stokkundoes them. When you submit, the order's summary lists what you asked Stokk AI to do.
Stokk AI does not make up quantities. It picks the lines and the change, and Stokk works out every number the same way as the top-up days and Fit to budget buttons, in whole packs.
A change never cuts a line whose shelves are empty or about to be, unless you name that item. The preview tells you how many such lines were left as they are. If a budget cannot be reached without them, the preview says so and shows the lowest total possible.
When the Stokk AI check left a note or a question on a line, open the line and press Reply to Stokk AIunder the note. The box starts with that item, so you can answer in your own words, for example "the 4 kg is back next week, keep it as it is".
If you tell Stokk AI something that will still be true next time, like a discontinued item or a new delivery time, it offers to add it to the supplier file. Tick Also add to the supplier file before you apply. Every later Stokk AI check reads it.
