Pick sheets
When you pick several online orders in one trip, the labels print somewhere else and come out in a pile. A pick sheet is an A4 page that prints with each order's label and tells you which label goes with which items.
What's on the sheet
- The order number in large type, with a barcode, and the name on the label.
- How it goes out: pickup, or the carrier with the tracking number, the number of parcels and the address. These match the carrier label.
- The customer's phone, email and any customer note.
- Every item with a picture, variant, SKU and bin, the quantity ordered and picked, and a box to tick as you pack it. Items marked Not avail. say they are not in the parcel.
There are no prices on the sheet. Orders with many items run onto more pages, and every page shows the order number and name.
When it prints
The sheet prints once per order, next to the order's label:
- Pickup: with the pickup label, either from Print pickup label or from Mark ready & print label.
- Dropp: when the Dropp label prints.
- Pósturinn: when the shipment is created, because that is when Pósturinn prints its own label.
Reprinting a label does not reprint the sheet. If you need another copy, open the ··· menu on the pick sheet line at the bottom of the order and tap Print again.
Setting it up
- A company admin turns pick sheets on for the locations that want them in Admin → Integrations, under PrintNode. This needs PrintNode and Shopify connected. Locations you leave unticked never print a sheet.
- Each person chooses their A4 printer once, in the Pick sheet box at the bottom of any order from that location. Stokk remembers it for you, separately from your label printer. After that the box shrinks to a single line, and its ··· menu prints the sheet again, downloads it, or changes the printer.
If no A4 printer is chosen yet, the label still prints and you see a message saying the pick sheet didn't. Choose the printer in the Pick sheet box at the bottom of the order, then tap Print now in its ··· menu. From then on, sheets print with the labels by themselves. Download PDF in the same menu works with or without a printer.
