Adjusting a push
STOKK's split in Push to Stores is a starting point. Everything below changes it instantly; nothing is sent until you press Create transfers. For how the split is made, see Push to Stores.
The four controls
- Selling until: STOKK reads the end of the season off last year. Change the date, or click the chart. To send in waves, set it to the end of the first wave.
- Send: What they'll sell keeps the surplus in the warehouse for top-ups; Everything empties it. STOKK marks the one it suggests.
- Shelf minimum: a store gets at least this many of an item, or none. When stock is short, fewer stores get a proper display instead of every store getting one.
- Keep back: keep what the warehouse sells itself (web shop, wholesale) and an optional reserve.
Changing one number
Click a number to see why STOKK chose it, then type a new one. Arrow keys move, Enter and Tab confirm, Backspace hands the number back to STOKK. A blue dot marks your numbers, and Undo clears them all.
Above the grid you choose what a change does:
- Re-balance the others: the other stores in the row share what is left. Give Smáralind two more and the stores that need it least give them up.
- Change only that store: the other stores stay as they are and the difference goes back to, or comes out of, the warehouse. Take one from Akranes and it stays in the warehouse.
To move a unit from one store to another, open a number and use Move 1 to. Your numbers may use what the warehouse keeps for its own sales; a row turns red only if it asks for more than the warehouse has free.
Excel downloads the grid.
