A punch card is a stamp card that lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet: for example a free coffee after 10 stamps. Staff stamp it at the till, and the new stamp appears on the customer's phone within seconds. Punch cards live under Gift cards (/gift-cards/punch-cards) when your company has coupons and punch cards switched on.
Changing the stamps needed only affects new cards. Cards customers already have keep the rule they started with.
/store/gift-cards. The first stamp for this visit is included. The customer scans the QR with their phone camera, and your screen ticks off when it is opened and saved to their wallet.Scan the card and tap Add 1 stamp (or choose more, up to the limit you set). When the card is full it shows Reward ready: tap Give the reward and hand it over. Stamps beyond a full card count toward the next reward. Undo works for 15 minutes; a manager can correct stamps on the card's page at any time, with a reason.
Pause stops new cards; customers keep collecting stamps on the cards they have. End stops everything: no new cards, no more stamps and no rewards, also for full cards, so Stokk asks first and says how many rewards are waiting. The same happens on the end date. Moving the end date or the days valid moves the expiry of cards already out too.
