When an online order ships with Dropp or Pósturinn from Stokk, Shopify emails the customer that it's on its way, with a tracking link. By default that link goes straight to the carrier's website. Switch on your own tracking page and it opens a page with your logo instead.
The page is in Icelandic when your company's language is Icelandic, otherwise English. The status is the carrier's own words; Pósturinn only gives them in Icelandic. If the carrier can't be reached, the page says the order is on its way and points to the carrier's page. The customer's name, address and phone number are never shown.
The logo is the one your gift cards use, or your company logo if you have no gift card logo.
A company admin opens Integrations → Shopify, ticks Link to your own tracking pageand saves. It applies to orders shipped from then on; emails already sent keep the carrier's link. The setting shows once Shopify and Dropp or Pósturinn are connected.
{link} placeholder in the shipped text opens this page too, whether or not the Shopify setting is on.
