When the items to discount are already in a list (a supplier's spreadsheet, a column in Excel, a few lines in an email) you don't have to find and tick them one by one. On Marketing → Discounts, click Import list… above the table.
If the list needs explaining, add a note first, for example “the % column is the discount”. Stokk works out where the item numbers, discounts and dates are and tells you what it used. It then finds your products by item number, barcode (extra barcodes too) or the supplier's article number. A row with only a name is matched by name.
Each row shows what the list said, the product it matched, your price, the discount and the new price. You can change any discount, and only ticked rows are applied. Needs a look collects the rows that need you:
Set the start and end (a blank start means now), pick the channels and a campaign, and click Apply. Each item gets its own discount at its own rate, exactly as if you had applied it from the table, and it reaches DK and Shopify on the next hourly run. See Discounts for how the channels behave.
Without a campaign, the discounts are grouped under the file name (“From autumn-offer.xlsx”). The table switches to that group when you apply, and you can find it again later in the campaign chips above the table, to follow it or end it in one go.
