On a supplier's page in Pricing, Upload a price listtakes the supplier's Excel or CSV file: a changes-only list or their whole range. The new costs go into the price review, so the shelf price can move when the cost does, not months later.
STOKK reads the file for you: which sheet, which row is the header, and which column is the new purchase price per piece (not the case price, not the retail price). You can change any column it picked. It then matches rows to your items by article number and barcode. Rows for products you don't carry are skipped.
Then STOKK checks the list, on its own, and shows what it found:
Untick anything that's wrong, then Import. A conversion you import is remembered for that item, so the next list from the supplier is converted the same way without asking. Untick it on a later upload and STOKK forgets it.
The items whose price should rise show among the suggestions, marked “New price list +3%” with the old and new supplier price. With no rules for the supplier, STOKK keeps each item's markup of today on the new cost, so the shelf price rises by about as much as the supplier's price did. With rules, the rules decide. Accept the ones you want and send them as usual. See Pricing.
Check that the file shows the price you actually pay. If you get a fixed discount off the supplier's list price, take it off before you upload, or every item will look like a big rise.
