An SOP is an ordinary training deck that also carries one film and a short list of numbered steps. Staff open it where they open all their training, and it opens on the film. The steps are one tap away, for anyone who can't play sound or just needs the order of things mid-task. It is meant for looking up how a thing is done, so it finishes with a one-tap I've seen this, not a quiz. Choose Quiz under Check questions if you want one. Cards and completion work as in any other deck.
Open the deck in Training. Under Film and steps, upload an MP4 or pick a film you already have. Then add the steps: a few words saying what to do, and one more line if it needs it. Keep to one action per step, in the order someone does them.
Give a step a time (like 1:24) and tapping it jumps the film to that moment. The quickest way: play the film in the editor, pause where the step starts, and press the clock on that step.
Films Stokk makes come in two versions: upright for phones and wide for desktop and POS screens. The deck holds both, and each screen plays the version that fits it, without anyone choosing. Step times follow along, so a step lands on the same moment in either version. Under Desktop version in the editor you can see or remove the wide film. A film you upload yourself plays as it is on every screen.
Films you upload, here or on a card, are private to your company. They play through links that only work for a few hours, made fresh each time someone opens the deck. Films Stokk makes for you are stored with the rest of Stokk's training media.
Each published version keeps its own film, so swapping in a new one never changes what people already acknowledged.
Under Show on screen, tick the screens in Stokk this SOP explains, such as a single customer request. Once the deck is published, that screen gets a small Hvernig? link (How? for an English deck). It opens the steps right there, with the film one tap away, in a wider panel on a desktop or POS screen. It is a quick look-up in the middle of a task: no quiz, and nothing is recorded.
Searching in /learn also looks inside the steps, so a search for something a step says finds the deck even when its title doesn't mention it. The matching step shows under the result.
Stokk keeps track of the screens a film shows. When one of them changes after the film was made, the editor marks the film: The screen in this film has changed since it was made. Watch it and check it still matches the app. Staff never see the mark.
